The TCYF Cabinet is comprised of approximately fifteen youth and three adults, from all over the TN region. As a unit, we encourage attendance and commitment to TN Regional Youth Events (including Bethany Hills Camp), plan and coordinate our regional events, and develop leadership skills in a smaller setting. Individuals can begin serving on Cabinet as a sophomore, and are elected through an application and interview process by the Regional Youth Program Director, Sponsors, and current Cabinet seniors every spring.
